We bill in Polish złoty (PLN). EUR amounts are estimates at a fixed rate of 1 EUR ≈ 4.30 PLN; your invoice and card statement show PLN, and your bank applies its own exchange rate.

Billing questions
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are net, in PLN. Polish customers pay 23% VAT on top. EU businesses with a valid VAT ID are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism. EUR figures on this page are estimates.
How is compute billed?
Each project runs on an instance of the size you choose. Nano is included in every plan; larger instances (from Pro) are charged at the rates in the table. You change the size in project settings — Postgres restarts for about 10 seconds.
What happens when I approach a limit?
The dashboard continuously monitors database size, storage, CPU, memory and connections. At 80% and 100% of a limit you get a notification suggesting a bigger instance or plan. We never shut a project down without warning.
Do I pay for usage above the limits?
Not yet — usage billing above plan limits launches soon, at the rates listed above. A spend cap will ship alongside it.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately from the Plan & billing tab in your organization settings.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards via Stripe Checkout. BLIK and Przelewy24 are coming soon. Enterprise plans can also pay by bank transfer against an invoice.
